50 YEARS STRONG in Tomah! 
We celebrated the 50th anniversary of our Branch.

Congrats to AAUW Tomah’s 2022 Women’s History Month Honorees: Sara Moseley, Deb Reid, and Shirley Galstad-Roh!

Even though we were unable to meet in person for our annual Holiday Celebration at Julia’s house in 2020, we were able to enjoy a virtual gathering – great conversation and memories to share, music, gifts, and even a special visit from Santa!

Representing the AAUW Tomah Branch at the 4th of July Parade in 2020! AAUW celebrating Women’s suffrage and 100th Anniversary of the signing of the 19th Amendment into law. Through the great history of our country, it’s hard to think it took us that long. Voting and Women’s Rights are more important now than ever!

AAUW Members and other attendees listened to a sobering presentation by Lisa McCormick on Human Trafficking.

AAUW Tomah Member, Barb Sullivan, provided a tour of the Area Community Theater.  Members toured backstage, dressing rooms, prop area, costume room, and garage.

Our first event for 2019 – AAUW Tomah Branch members show off their creative talents at the Sip and Paint Social Event. In addition to many of our long standing members, AAUW Tomah welcomed several new members to our group.  Nice job Ladies.

Pam Long, Owner of The Station, shared with us her flower arranging talents and discussed the challenges and success of starting and owning her own business.
